Lex Pelder brings a unique set of skills to his business, including his familiarity negotiating contracts as a former estimator for a large commercial landscape contractor. He later became co-owner of a landscape company doing work for restaurants, theaters and golf courses, and has maintained large Cape Cod estate properties. Lex’s varied experiences, combined with a degree in arboriculture and park management, enable him to offer sellers expert perspective and advice.

Lex is a problem solver with boundless energy and a great sense of humor.

He is passionate about gardening, golf, boating and family. Together, Lex and his wife and Realtor partner, Daralyn Duquette, delight in discovering new waterfront restaurants, exploring nature preserves, learning about new residential communities and visiting their favorite beaches. They also enjoy taking motor home trips with their little pups Duke and Maggie and spending time with their family, including four adult children and three grandchildren.
